INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
5 sprigs cilantro leaves
1-2 Thai chili, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. lemongrass, thinly sliced
2 cups assorted fruit
1 ½ tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. sugar
½ cup Firecracker Hot & Spicy®
INSTRUCTIONS
Put fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar together in the bowl and stir until sugar completely dissolves. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Plate and garnish with 2-3 leaves of fresh cilantro.
